The parade started at 1:30 PM because the Fourth was on a Sunday this year. Attendance was down because many people had plans to attend family functions.

The Parade starting time was late this year because of Church services. Wouldn't it have been wonderful if the Priests and Ministers had their members march in the parade in lieu of attending a Mass or Service!
