Windsurfing In Patchogue NY
Ben Vitale

A few weeks ago I was went to the shore of the Great South Bay, in Patchogue, New York to see if the water was rough or calm.  Why would I do that? Hummm! For many decades I have been a boating enthusiast! Well… This may not be totally true! I actually used my boat as a camper every weekend and holiday during the summer! Every Friday night I drove my boat across the Great South Bay, to Davis Park, a small beach community on Fire Island. To be honest, I really liked to “Party.” The rough water was a necessary evil that I had to deal with in order to go to Davis Park! “To be honest… I would never survive a minute on the “Deadliest Catch.”…  LOL!

When I arrived at the water, the Bay was rough! I visualized it as if it were a scene from “The Deadliest Catch” LOL! I enjoy watching the rough water, only through the eye of my camera, and from the safety of the Dock! LOL!

When the water is rough, you may be lucky enough to see our own resident windsurfing expert, performing for his own enjoyment! I have on many occasions enjoyed the windsurfing performance, from the safety of the Sandspit marina! LOL! For years I have been wondering… “Who is that guy?” “Could it be Clark Kent?” LOL! Unlike other viewings of his Olympic class windsurfing, I did actually get to talk to our own world class athlete!

After the performance was over, I went up to our local world class windsurfing expert and introduced myself. I said… Wow! What is your name? he said “Eric Anderson,… “I own “Clayton Richards Stove and Fireplace.” in Patchogue! http://wwwclaytonrichardsstovesandfireplaces.com/ I said “I admire your windsurfing skill … Do you windsurf in competition?” He said, no… I only do it for my own enjoyment! I windsurf with my friends, and we enjoy racing with each other, and trying jumps.

I said… “I don’t know how you can windsurf in this rough water? I wouldn’t bring my boat out in this rough weather!” There was a pause in our conversation… He said, “Neither would I… And I own a good boat!” I believe that under the control of an expert, a Sailboard can deal with large waves more effectively than my boat can! It appears that the Sailboard cuts through the waves as opposed to driving over the tops of waves!

Friends and residents; pay attention to the wind! When the wind is howling, you might want to take a ride to the Sandspit marina and possibly catch a performance from our own local windsurfing expert!

Beware of Facebook Cloning Hacker!
Ben Vitale

Do not automatically accept a “Friend Request” on Facebook. Before you accept a friend request you must first search through your existing friend list, and make sure that the new friend request is not a cloned copy of one of your existing Facebook friends.

A few weeks ago I accepted a friend request from someone who was already listed on my Facebook friend list! OK! I figured that he may have had problems with his account and was forced to re-friend the people on his old friend list! Not true! The second friend request was actually from a hacker that cloned the account of someone that was already on my friend list! The hacker knew that because the person was already on my friend list, I would be conducive to listening to what he had to say!

After accepting a redundant friend request, that same person (the hacker) contacted me via the Facebook Chat line, pretending to be my friend, and wanted to send me a check for 250,000 dollars, up front, with no questions asked! Hummm! Some Billionaire had to dispose of a few billion dollars, immediately or else he would lose a fortune on his tax return! Hummm! Great story! Truly an “offer I could not refuse!” That was an offer that was good enough to make “Don Corleone” smile! LOL!

In order to receive this money, all I had to do was open up a special type of joint account with my local bank. As this type of scam goes, the hacker would withdraw money from this account, and I would be responsible to pay it back!

At a very young age I accepted a truism from my friend’s father, that I still believe today. “Santa Clause is dead!” Hummm… Don’t tell this to your young children! LOL!

I sort of knew that my friend, who is part of my alumni group, would not get involved with issues such as this one. So… While talking to the scammer on the Facebook chat line I asked the following question… “Who were you going out with during your senior year in high school?“ The hacker literally lost it! LOL! The hacker lost the chess game! LOL! How dare you expose me as a fraud! LOL!

This incident was reported to Facebook, and the redundant friend’s account was deleted! It is best to proceed with issues such as this one as if Santa Clause is dead! In reality, I do believe in Santa! LOL! Please send presents! LOL!

You've got to see this MSNBC Video! I can't believe that I am actually seeing this!

MSNBC exposes an alleged Democratic Party Rigged System of delegate selection.

It's about time that somebody exposed this system where the votes do not count!
