In an attempt to revitalize our Village, our elected officials now need our support. The Artspace project, which involves housing, workspace and display space for Artists, is seen as the "Anchor" that our village needs, in order to revitalize our shopping area.

I am not sure if the following links are connected with the same "Artspace" group that we are dealing with. I was looking for the negative side of Artspace type groups, and could not find any groups that were problematic. Maybe we could hire the Berkeley California Group to build a mini Patchogue Disneyland, by our waterfront!

On Tuesday January 15, 2008, and Wednesday January 16, 2008 the village will hold meetings with the "Zoning Board, Architectural Review Board, and Planning Board. Our presence is desired, so that we could receive input, that should ultimately result in strong taxpayer support for the project.
Immediate passage is needed in order to be eligible for tax credits, to help finance the project.
Our current slate of Patchogue Village Officials, are certainly not part of the "Same Old, Same Old Crowd!"
REMEMBER!
"You will never get what you do want, when all of your attention is focused on what you don't want!"
I will be there on Wednesday!
